Got wrong item at first; but was sent correct item

At first I got the wrong item. So I emailed support and didn't get a response. Then I got a response after I emailed again and it said they were working on it. Then I emailed a few days later asking if they were able to resolve it. They responded and said they sent the correct item, then eventually I got a notice that it was shipped.
